Good Afternoon. The Staff was very nice & Mr Ken was very exceptional , helpful, caring & concerned. House Keepers were wonderful as well. So is the young lady in the front office (Mgr)The only issue I have is the roaches , and my hood over the stove & you can't read the knobs. But other then that it's great here. And when towels had to be taking away bc it wasn't enough towels to go around for other guests .

Very clean room, the employees were very friendly and helpful. Very nice sized refrigerator and a good amount of cabinet space to put any groceries you bring. Television had a very good selection of channels. The WiFi was great, I had no issues connecting to it and it worked well.

The staff is so helpful and nice and friendly. It ain't the Marriott, and thank God for that because Marriott has cheapened their brand immensely, but still charge higher-end prices. This place is secure, has the best staff in Huntsville and is priced very reasonably.
